Description:

  • Design, scale, and maintain data infrastructure for the Professional Archive Search team.
  • Ensure systems handle high-velocity data while remaining reliable, secure, and performant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and improve systems.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in database engineering or related field.
  • Experience with SQL, database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server), and search technologies (Solr, Lucene, Elasticsearch).
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and modern private cloud environments.
  • Ability to monitor and optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Understanding of data security practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
