Description:
- Design, scale, and maintain data infrastructure for the Professional Archive Search team.
- Ensure systems handle high-velocity data while remaining reliable, secure, and performant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and improve systems.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in database engineering or related field.
- Experience with SQL, database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server), and search technologies (Solr, Lucene, Elasticsearch).
- Familiarity with distributed systems and modern private cloud environments.
- Ability to monitor and optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Understanding of data security practices and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
