Description:

Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL Server databases for enterprise healthcare applications.
Optimize database schemas, tables, indexes, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Analyze and resolve database performance issues and optimize T-SQL queries.
Support healthcare interoperability initiatives using FHIR standards and develop ETL processes.
Implement database security best practices and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

8+ years of SQL Server development experience and 5+ years on enterprise-scale applications.
Proven experience with high transaction volumes, database performance tuning, and optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019/2022, T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Power BI, and data warehousing concepts.
Preferred: Healthcare industry experience, knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards, and Azure SQL expertise.
