Join Multi Media, LLC as a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in performance tuning and optimization.
Work with the Viewer team to enhance high-traffic experiences across search, video, and site navigation on Chaturbate.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Svelte), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Expert-level proficiency with Chrome DevTools, React Profiler, Lighthouse, and performance tracing tools.
Strong understanding of browser internals and proven experience improving Core Web Vitals.
Hands-on experience diagnosing memory leaks and optimizing frontend performance.
Senior-level technical leadership skills and ability to influence architecture decisions.

Competitive compensation with performance bonuses and a base salary range of $180,000 - $215,000 annually.
