Description:

• The role is fully remote in Poland.
• As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable systems and features across the stack, with 70% focus on backend and 30% on frontend.
• You will work hands-on across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, contributing directly to a platform that enables partner-driven growth at scale.
• Responsibilities include designing and building scalable full-stack features using an API-driven architecture, developing and maintaining distributed systems with a focus on availability, performance, and reliability, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and leadership to plan and deliver high-impact projects.
• You will write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on long-term scalability, integrate AI into development workflows, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and take ownership of features from design through production and ongoing optimization.

Requirements:

• You must have 5-8+ years of experience building and operating production SaaS applications.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) is required.
• Experience with Angular and other modern front-end frameworks is a must.
• You must have strong applied AI integration experience.
• Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems and infrastructure is necessary.
• Hands-on experience shipping full-stack applications with high availability requirements is essential.
• Experience with automated testing, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
• Bonus points for exposure to message queues, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• You should possess strong technical judgment, an ownership mindset, and the ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments.
