Description:

• This is a fully remote Senior Full Stack Engineer position based in Poland.
• The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems and features across the stack, with a focus of 70% on backend and 30% on frontend.
• Responsibilities include designing and building scalable full-stack features using an API-driven architecture, developing and maintaining distributed systems, collaborating with engineering, product, and leadership teams, writing clean and maintainable code, integrating AI into development workflows, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, and taking ownership of features from design through production.
• The company is an award-winning AI marketing SaaS platform that helps brands, affiliates, and marketing agencies drive partner revenue efficiently.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5-8+ years of experience building and operating production SaaS applications.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL is required.
• Previous working experience with Angular is necessary, though not at an expert level; expertise in a modern frontend framework is required.
• Applicants must have strong applied AI integration experience.
• Proven experience in designing and scaling distributed systems and infrastructure is essential.
• Hands-on experience shipping full-stack applications with high availability requirements is needed.
• Experience with automated testing, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
• Bonus qualifications include exposure to message queues, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Candidates should possess strong technical judgment, an ownership mindset, and the ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments.
