Description:

Rebuild the insurance industry using modern platforms and AI agents.
Own outcomes and drive product development from ideation to customer feedback.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in building production systems with a focus on customer-facing software.
Proven experience in developing and shipping AI-driven features.
Strong understanding of OO, design patterns, testing, web security, and performance.
Proficient with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
