Description:

Join a small, fast-moving team at Encore, focused on empowering financial advisors with high-quality estate planning services.
Work directly with the CTO to design, build, and evolve software used by financial advisors, combining hands-on development with technical leadership.

Requirements:

8+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience in a startup or small-team environment, with a focus on ownership and adaptability.
Significant experience in shipping and maintaining production software.
Proficiency in using AI development tools in daily workflows.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams.

Benefits:

Salary range: $160,000–$180,000, depending on experience.
Competitive benefits package.
Fully remote position within the U.S., with primarily Pacific Time working hours.
