Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer for a US-based B2B SaaS client in the healthcare sector.
Role involves designing and developing APIs, services, and infrastructure for web and mobile applications, with a focus on backend initially, transitioning to frontend as the project evolves.

Requirements:

5+ years of fullstack software development experience, particularly in SaaS or digital health platforms.
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture, and security compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).
Experience with Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Fluent in English, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
