Description:

  • The company is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to architect and build systems that power real-time weigh station bypassing, tolling solutions, and safety alerts.
  • The role involves working across the stack, from scalable .NET Core APIs to modern web frontends using React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams, mentoring others, and shaping technical strategy.
  • Essential responsibilities include backend engineering and API development, frontend development, architecture and technical strategy, and team leadership and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant fullstack development.
  • Expert-level skills with .NET Core and C#, including API development and optimization, are required.
  • Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and MobX (or similar state management) is necessary.
  • A deep understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) and data modeling is essential.
  • Strong testing discipline across backend systems is required.
  • Experience deploying to cloud platforms and working with containers is necessary.
  • Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, logging, tracing) is required.
  • A proven track record of mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards is essential.
