Description:

  • Lead the design and development of core backend game services for a new franchise at PlayStation.
  • Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to create features like sessions, matchmaking, and progression.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and building production-quality backend game services.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring engineers.
  • Proficient in diagnosing complex system failures using logging and metrics.
  • Ability to write, debug, and maintain code in Rust, C++, or C#.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, embracing a team-oriented culture.
