Description:

Join the AI Platform team to develop AI systems for Affinity's relationship intelligence platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or machine learning in production.
Hands-on experience with ranking or recommendation systems deployed at scale.
Strong understanding of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision trees).
Experience with serving ML models for streaming and batch inference.
Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience with observability tools for model evaluation and A/B testing.
