Remote Senior ML Engineer

Description:

• Join Voodoo's Ad-Network Team, an autonomous squad focused on monetizing inventory through advanced tech solutions.
• Lead the design and architecture of backend services for real-time model inference and bidding decisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and optimize ML models for bidding strategies.
• Oversee A/B testing frameworks and ensure integration for continuous optimization.
• Ensure backend services are high-performance, low-latency, and scalable.
• Work with cloud infrastructure teams for efficient deployment and monitoring using Kubernetes and Docker.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience with a focus on scalable systems.
• Proficient in machine learning and deploying models in production.
• Extensive experience in distributed systems, microservices, and API design using Python.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Understanding of A/B testing and experience integrating them into backend systems.
• Proven ability to manage cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker, preferably AWS.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take tasks from design to production.
