Description:
- Join the Tilt team to develop mobile-first financial products that enhance credit access.
- Lead the iOS experience for the Thrive line of credit products, focusing on user onboarding and application conversion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an iOS engineer with a focus on consumer-facing mobile products.
- Experience with product experimentation and analytics, including A/B testing frameworks and user behavior analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in regulated environments, and ability to drive outcomes independently.
- Android experience or interest in cross-platform development is a plus.
