Description:

  • Senior C#/.NET engineer needed to lead the migration of Volunteer Impact from VB.NET/.NET Framework to C#/.NET 10.
  • Responsible for modernizing the platform, managing technical decisions, and ensuring minimal downtime during migration.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional C#/.NET experience with deep knowledge of the framework.
  • Proven experience in leading .NET Framework-to-.NET Core migrations of large production systems.
  • Strong NHibernate experience and familiarity with legacy .NET components.
  • Experience improving CI/CD pipelines and working with quality engineering functions.
  • Ability to work in a small team and make sound technical decisions.
