Remote Senior Network Engineer, Axon 911

Description:

• Lead network projects including establishment, upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco switches, and routers, ensuring network security and conducting regular audits.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades in a live environment.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve network challenges and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on complex solutions.
• Proficiency in designing AWS environments with Terraform and strong experience with AWS networking services.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco switches, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, DNS).
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
