Description:

  • Join Skylo as a Senior Network Reliability Engineer (NRE) for Incident Management, overseeing 24x7 incident response.
  • Manage incidents across RAN, 5G Core, Cloud Infrastructure, and OSS, ensuring swift resolution and network availability.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years in telecom/wireless operations or network operations in a 24x7 environment.
  • Strong understanding of telecom networks, incident management, and observability tools (e.g., Grafana).
  • Experience with Kubernetes and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
