Description:

Responsible for the stability, scalability, and reliability of production database systems (Vitess and Cassandra).
Establish operational foundations for SRE Database Engineering, including designing database architecture and developing training materials.

Requirements:

6–8 years of experience in site reliability engineering or similar roles, with a focus on production database systems.
Deep hands-on experience with MySQL, distributed databases, and NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
Strong SQL skills, Linux systems administration, and experience with security operations.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure management tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) and experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
