Description:

  • Lead the reliability efforts for Project Volcano, an internal developer platform at Kong.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to define and enhance the platform's reliability posture.

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent; significant experience at Staff or Principal IC level in SRE/Platform Engineering.
  • Proven experience in building SRE or platform engineering practices for developer-facing platforms or PaaS/SaaS products, preferably at greenfield stage.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, including multi-tenant cluster design, networking, autoscaling, and security hardening.
