Remote Senior Product Engineer [Backend]

• The Senior Product Engineer will utilize expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP to advance the company and product.
• Responsibilities include leading projects end-to-end to address real customer problems, architecting systems for new features, designing REST API contracts, and representing Attio’s values internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience designing scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems.
• Excellent knowledge of modern Cloud Native systems architecture is required.
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript is essential.
• A proven track record of ownership and product delivery is necessary.
• A proactive, self-motivated problem-solving attitude with a passion for innovation in distributed systems is expected.
• The ability to communicate technical ideas effectively and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design is required.
• Nice to have: Experience with open source projects, mentoring team members, working with data-rich backend applications, and a passion for experimenting with new technologies.
