Seeking a Senior Product Writer with strong product sense and practical AI skills to create clear and useful content from complex product scenarios.
Role involves working with various user-facing formats including UX/UI copy, onboarding communications, product tutorials, and educational materials for Zeely Academy.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product writing, UX writing, or content design for digital products.
Strong hands-on experience with product content: UX/UI copy, onboarding, tutorials, and Help Center.
Practical experience using AI for content creation, verification, and scaling, including AI workflows and automation.
Strong product thinking and understanding of user journey and content impact on metrics like activation and retention.
Ability to write concisely and clearly explain user value and next steps.
System thinking to establish content standards and quality control processes.
Experience with product metrics, user feedback, and A/B testing.
English-first portfolio with relevant examples of product content.
Proactive ownership and ability to manage tasks independently.
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
