Description:

  • Join Monarch as a Senior Security GRC Analyst to manage compliance and customer security assurance functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and scale the GRC program.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in security GRC, compliance, or customer assurance in high-growth environments.
  • Hands-on security knowledge and experience with SOC 2 or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience with compliance platforms and AI tools for GRC workflows.
