Description:

Write test automation scripts for back-end and front-end components following best practices and quality standards.
Build tools, frameworks, and infrastructure to support test automation.
Review and validate application requirements and technical specifications to define test specifications for functional, integration, and performance tests.
Enhance all test case automation activities and work as part of a cross-functional scrum team.
Provide technical guidance on test automation and collaborate with the development team to address production defects.
Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in test automation and familiarity with the test automation stack.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
Strong understanding of software development and test automation principles (BDD & TDD).
Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery environments.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach other engineers.
Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
