Description:

Ensure quality of CCaaS solutions through manual testing, API and IVR validation, and client portal testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality products.

Requirements:

Experience in handling client change requests, version upgrades, and system standardization activities.
Proficient in product testing including functional, regression, integration, API, and IVR call flow testing.
Ability to design, create, and execute test cases and scenarios.
Familiarity with API integrations using SOAP UI, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
Basic SQL knowledge for backend data validation.
Experience with UI Automation tools and knowledge of XML and JSON is a plus.
