Description:
- Join BetterHelp as a Senior Security Engineer in the Applications Team, contributing to the mission of making mental health care accessible.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance application security, focusing on vulnerability triage, code analysis, and secure coding practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in web application security, including code review and pentesting.
- Strong understanding of web security vulnerabilities and the OWASP Top 10.
- Experience with web application pentesting tools (e.g., Burp Suite) and creating security automations.
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs) and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Bonus: Experience with PHP, React/Next.js, AWS, and AI in security research.
