Description:

Join Mysten Labs as a Senior Security Engineer to protect the Sui ecosystem by uncovering vulnerabilities and assessing economic risks across DeFi protocols.
Collaborate with external protocol teams and Mysten’s DeFi products to strengthen security and address risks proactively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in security engineering, smart contract security, or DeFi risk engineering, with a proven track record of finding vulnerabilities.
Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics and their failure modes, including lending markets, AMMs, oracles, and flash loans.
Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with comfort in Rust; ability to write SQL and work with blockchain data.
Experience reading smart contract code and verifying claims against bytecode and chain state.
Strong communication skills to influence external teams and a keen interest in the web3 space.
