Remote Zero Trust Engineer (R-00205)

Description:

• True Zero Technologies seeks Zero Trust Engineers to implement enterprise Zero Trust Use Cases for Government-prioritized VA information systems.
• Responsibilities include planning, technical reviews, pilots, validation, testing, and documentation across deployment waves.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems, security, cloud, network, identity, or application engineering.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security in complex environments.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, NIST SP 800-207, and Federal security requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Preferred: Experience with VA or large Federal systems, cloud, hybrid, legacy systems, and RMF activities.
• Preferred Certifications: Security+, CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty.
