Remote Senior Security Engineer I – GRC FedRAMP (Remote Eligible)

Description:

• Lead FedRAMP and GovRAMP certifications and roadmaps, managing compliance timelines and authority coordination.
• Manage relationships with 3PAOs for assessments, including evidence preparation and results validation.
• Oversee continuous monitoring deliverables and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) processes.
• Coordinate system modifications and engage with federal agencies for compliance updates.
• Prepare comprehensive assessment packages and drive compliance automation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with FedRAMP/GovRAMP, including ATO processes.
• Proven experience with 3PAO assessments and compliance reporting.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls and federal compliance requirements.
• Project management skills with experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Technical knowledge of cloud security and compliance (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of federal procurement processes and US Person Status required.
