Remote Senior Software Developer - AI Agents & Systems Design

Description:

• Build software using AI as a primary instrument, integrating AI agents and tooling into the development workflow.
• Architect systems with a focus on long-term maintainability, observability, and reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements:

• Senior-level software development experience with ownership of architecture decisions and system design.
• Proven experience building production systems with AI agents, including LLMs for multi-step tasks.
• Practical experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to connect AI models to various tools.
• Experience designing and maintaining knowledge repositories for AI systems.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools as part of the development workflow.
• Strong backend development skills and experience with production SaaS applications.
• Experience designing APIs, data models, and service integrations.
