Description:

  • Senior Software Developer III at Caseware, a leading Fintech company in audit and accounting software.
  • Operate as a technical leader, shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and translating technical decisions into business value.
  • Fully remote position based in Colombia.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in building and operating production AI systems.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience with distributed, cloud-native platforms, preferably on AWS.
  • Strong software fundamentals and experience with agentic-AI software development practices.
  • Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions.
