Description:

  • Join Wealthsimple as a Senior Software Developer on the Post-Trade Management team, focusing on software for post-trade processing, including clearing, settlement, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team to design and deliver automations that support new and existing financial products.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level backend software development experience, particularly with Ruby on Rails.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex automations or data pipelines in production environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience mentoring other engineers through code reviews and pairing.
