Description:

Join Socure as a Senior Software Engineer on the Agentic AI Foundations team to design and build a core platform for agent-native operations.
Work across applied AI, platform engineering, and system design to create a secure, vendor-agnostic agent platform for internal and customer-facing products.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in large-scale distributed systems or backend platforms.
3+ years of experience with production-grade systems focusing on reliability, performance, and observability.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI systems, or intelligent applications.
Strong product and systems thinking with the ability to connect technical decisions to real-world impacts.
Proficiency in a modern backend programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Python) and familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure.
