Description:

  • Work on distributed services and media-processing infrastructure for an AI meeting assistant.
  • Focus on reliability across various environments, handling real-time systems, backend services, and media pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience with production-critical systems affecting user experience.
  • Proficient in Python or another modern backend language.
  • Strong judgment in balancing delivery speed, reliability, and technical debt.
  • Proven track record of owning software through its full lifecycle.
  • Practical use of AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn and tackle complex problems.
