Requirements:
- Expert-level Python and backend engineering with experience in scalable production services.
- Proven experience with RAG (retrieval, embeddings, vector stores) in production.
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems that take action.
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure for reliable production at scale (cloud, AWS/GCP).
- Experience evaluating AI systems for accuracy and real-world impact.
