Description:

  • Join Calabrio-Verint as a Senior Software Engineer, AI to reshape customer experience through innovative AI solutions.
  • Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered products focusing on LLM applications, agentic AI systems, and machine learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Flask/Django).
  • Experience with LLMs, NLP tasks, and AI agent design.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines for AI applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
