Description:

Own feature delivery across Compliance, Recruiting, and Camps, managing complex work from design to production.
Design and build internal APIs and data access layers for reliable cross-product data consumption.
Diagnose and resolve performance issues in the data import pipeline.
Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior engineers.
Drive code quality through MR reviews and testing practices.
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.

Requirements:

6+ years of senior-level Java and Spring/Spring Boot experience.
Proven experience building internal APIs on relational databases with strong query optimization skills.
Experience with monolithic and service-oriented architectures, including decomposing monolithic applications.
Experience building or evolving a data access layer for multiple internal consumers.
Proficiency with coding tools and AI-assisted development.
Experience mentoring junior engineers.
