Description:

  • The role involves owning product features from concept to deployment in a small engineering team, reporting directly to the CTO.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack capability with experience in Elixir/Phoenix and TypeScript/Next.js.
  • Ability to independently own and deliver product features and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong engineering leadership skills, including mentoring and technical decision-making.
