Description:

Join Confluent as a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of backend systems for Stream Governance products.
Collaborate with teams to develop cloud-native, multi-tenant services that ensure data quality and integrity in real-time data streaming.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating backend systems in production.
Proficiency in a major backend programming language (Java, Go, C/C++, Python) and strong knowledge of data structures and system design.
Experience with distributed systems and public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), including containerized workloads.
Proven leadership in mentoring technical teams and driving projects across multiple engineers or teams.
BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
