Description:

Join Lumos as a Software Engineer on the Data Platform team, focusing on building robust, scalable, and reliable platform software.
Drive the evolution of the identity data backbone that powers all Lumos products, transforming high volumes of identity data from third-party integrations.

Requirements:

3-7 years of experience as a backend or platform engineer with production data systems, including ingestion and sync pipelines or service layers.
Strong backend development skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript, emphasizing clean API design, testability, and observability.
Experience designing service or API interfaces over transactional databases (MySQL/Postgres).
Familiarity with identity and access governance (IGA) data and its impact on governance outcomes.
