Remote Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Description:

• Develop and enhance the React and NextJS website, building new features and optimizing performance.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design cohesive end-to-end features and ensure smooth integration.
• Lead projects from inception to delivery, working closely with Product Managers and engineers.
• Write technical design documents and manage Jira cards for task clarity and accountability.
• Design and monitor A/B tests to evaluate user behavior and business metrics.
• Implement observability for the platform, including alerts and dashboards.
• Maintain production stability by investigating and fixing bugs.
• Work fully remote in a collaborative culture.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of software development experience, with over 5 years in React and 2 years in a full stack or backend-intensive environment.
• Proficient in performance optimization of React applications.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
• High level of motivation and engagement with a growth mindset.
• Bonus: Leadership experience and Next.js expertise preferred.
