Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep experience in designing and operating scalable distributed services, particularly in Go and Kubernetes.
- Experience in fintech or payments, with an understanding of regulated environments.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end, balancing speed, quality, and complexity.
- Strong collaboration skills and a customer-centric mindset.
