Description:

  • Own the technical direction of web properties to convert visitors into paying subscribers.
  • Work in the Growth & Monetization pod alongside Revenue Growth, Marketing, Sponsorships, and CRO.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience building production web applications, with 3+ years at a senior or staff level.
  • Expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with a track record of user or revenue growth.
  • Experience running A/B or multivariate experiments and familiarity with marketing-tech tools (Unbounce, Framer, etc.).
  • Experience with funnel instrumentation using tools like PostHog, Amplitude, or Segment.
