Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design and build scalable backend systems for Application Experience within the Nexthink Infinity platform.
Role involves developing core services for large-scale data processing and real-time interactions, requiring collaboration and strong technical judgment.

Requirements:

7+ years of professional backend engineering experience in Java, proficient in modern Java (17+).
Knowledge of Java frameworks (Micronaut, Spring) and experience with distributed data systems (e.g., Apache Kafka).
Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS), and CI/CD.
Strong background in high availability systems, performance tuning, and observability practices.
Excellent communication skills in English and a curious mindset for learning and adaptation.
