Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in technical direction.
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and improve their technical skills.
- Experience in Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Experience teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-ambiguity environments.
