Description:

Key technical leadership role in architecting, designing, and developing a next-generation payment platform.
Focus on distributed systems, Java-based microservices, and high-volume transaction processing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
7+ years of backend software development experience, with 3+ years in team leadership and payment systems architecture.
Proven experience in fintech/payments and strong understanding of payment flows, settlement, reconciliation, and fraud detection.
Deep knowledge of Java 11+, Spring Boot, and AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
Hands-on experience with transaction management, database tuning, and high-availability strategies.
Expertise in microservices architecture, secure RESTful APIs, and advanced proficiency in Git.
Strong technical writing skills and ability to communicate complex concepts in English and Spanish.
