Description:

  • Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience for the Care Journey team.
  • Role involves owning features end-to-end in a startup environment, focusing on backend but capable of working across the stack.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience with production web applications.
  • Strong backend/API experience, including REST and GraphQL.
  • Proficiency in Python, React, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in a VC-backed startup or growth-stage environment preferred.
  • Healthcare, mental health, or benefits platform experience is a plus.
  • Strong product mindset and collaboration skills with product and design teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Remote work within the US, excluding Hawaii.
