Requirements:

Hard Skills:
- Proficient in backend engineering (Go, Python, TypeScript).
- Strong data modeling and relational database skills (PostgreSQL).
- Experience with distributed debugging and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of reliability practices and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
- Experience with LLM-backed services is a plus.
