Description:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI Agentic systems for processing and enriching intelligence data.
  • Develop resilient, scalable software systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering excellence through code reviews and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in software engineering with expertise in distributed systems.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and related AI/ML ecosystems.
  • Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and engineering tools (Jira, Git).
  • Deep understanding of AI Agent paradigm, LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Proven track record in delivering complex software solutions and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $129,000 - $193,500, with potential for incentive compensation and equity.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K.
