Description:

  • Join Handshake as a Senior Software Engineer to build the Reinforcement Learning Environments (RLE) platform for AI model training.
  • Develop interactive systems that simulate workflows for real-world tasks, impacting model learning and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend, distributed systems, or ML infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of backend architectures.
  • Command of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), data modeling, and distributed systems principles.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and operating production systems at scale.
