Description:

Design and build high-performance backend systems focusing on scalability, low latency, and reliability.
End-to-end ownership of services, including architecture, development, and deployment.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in an agile environment.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and improve developer experience.

Requirements:

5+ years of backend development experience (Rust preferred; Java or C++ acceptable).
Strong experience with multithreading, async programming, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in building REST APIs and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Git.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
