Description:

Seeking a Senior/Staff Backend Engineer to lead design, development, and implementation of brokerage systems.
Work with a global B2B financial technology organization focused on democratizing financial independence.

Requirements:

6+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Java.
Background in financial technology or capital markets.
Solid understanding of system design principles and event-driven architectures (Kafka/Kubernetes).
Proficient in CI/CD, automated testing frameworks, No SQL, SQL (Postgres/MySQL).
Strong understanding of TDD and effective unit/integration tests.
B2+ English proficiency for communication with US customers.
Considered a plus: domain knowledge in options/margin trading, AWS stack experience, high-load systems, concurrent programming.
